Wednesday, March 7, 2012

6:00am-7:30am – Breakfast at Hotels

8:00am-4:00pm – Bus shuttle between venues and hotels.

8:00-4:00 – Open practice at Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center (Swim). Pool will be setup as a short course.

8:00-4:00 – Open practice at Grady Cole Center (Fence) and Memorial Stadium (Riding & Combined)

1:00pm – Jury Ride

5:00pm-6:30pm – Dinner at Hotels

6:30pm – Buses will leave from hotels to NASCAR Hall of Fame for Opening Ceremonies

7:30pm-9:30pm – Opening Ceremonies and Reception (dessert)

9:00pm – Buses will start to leave from NASCAR Hall of Fame to hotels

9:30pm – Women’s Semi-Final Technical Meeting at Omni Hotel

9:00pm-11:00pm – Women’s Equipment Check at the Omni Hotel Charlotte

*Lunch will be served at Grady Cole Center between 11:30am and 1:30pm for all delegations.


Thursday, March 8, 2012 – Women’s Semi-Final

6:00am-7:30am – Breakfast at Hotels

7:00am-4:00pm – Bus shuttle. Buses will be on a continuous route: Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center, Grady Cole Center/Memorial Stadium, Hotel. From 4:00pm-7:00pm, buses will be on a continuous route from Grady Cole Center to Hotels.

7:30am-10:00am – Semifinal A Fence – Grady Cole Center

8:00am-8:55am – Semifinal B Swim – Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center

10:00am-12:30pm – Semifinal B Fence – Grady Cole Center

10:00am-10:55am – Semifinal C Swim – Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center

11:30am-12:25pm – Semifinal A Swim – Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center

12:30pm-3:00pm – Semifinal C Fence – Grady Cole Center

2:30pm – Semifinal A Combined – Memorial Stadium

3:30pm – Semifinal B Combined – Memorial Stadium

12:00pm-12:55pm – Semifinal A Swim – Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center

2:30pm – Semifinal A Combined – Memorial Stadium

8:00am-8:55am – Semifinal B Swim – Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center

10:00am-1:00pm – Semifinal B Fence – Grady Cole Center

3:30pm – Semifinal B Combined – Memorial Stadium

12:00pm-12:55pm – Swim Competition

1:25pm-4:45pm – Riding Competition

5:10pm-6:05pm – Combined Competition

6:15pm – Awards Ceremony (will be held at Memorial Stadium)

7:00pm-8:30pm – Dinner at Hotels
